    Adolescence Self-Growth Program is a school-based quiz event designed to guide pre-teens and early teens through the challenges and changes of growing up, and to teach vital life lessons that will provide a strong foundation for their future.

    The quiz has been created by Prem Gopal Das, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, and is based on his teen self-help book Success Hacks for Teens: 30 Prompts and Practices to Enhance Well-Being and Productivity (228 pages).
